Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds may be requested for orders that have not yet entered the production phase. Once the printing process has started, we cannot process a refund.
Custom orders or personalized products are ineligible for refunds, as they are uniquely tailored to your specifications.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If your order arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the package.
To process a refund or replacement, we may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
